By accessing and using SignalBlink ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SignalBlink is a trading automation platform that enables users to connect Telegram channels to their brokerage accounts for automated order execution. The platform processes trading signals and executes trades based on user-configured parameters.

Important: SignalBlink is a tool for order routing and automation. We do not provide trading advice, signals, or investment recommendations. All trading decisions remain your responsibility.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use SignalBlink, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

You acknowledge that you understand these risks and trade at your own discretion using funds you can afford to lose.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, SignalBlink is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or technical issues.

7. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your payment information.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalBlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SignalBlink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

SignalBlink and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SignalBlink and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SignalBlink is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
